We offer various support options as detailed below: Email Support: Email support is our primary method of support. Currently we have ticket turnaround times of a few hours based on ticket volume. Please use the following email addresses: Live support: Live support is available whenever one of our technicians is at their desk. If live support is offline or in be right back mode you can still click it and leave a message which will get placed in our email ticket que and answered in the order it is received. If an operator is online you can click the image and talk like instant message style with the operator to resolve your issue. Phone support: Coming soon we will have an 800 number that you may dial to speak with a technician. As soon as this is implemented we will email all customers letting them know of our new support line.
