We are currently in the process of moving voice servers as we have talked about in our emails. Currently the WA1 and VS5 machines are being moved to CA10 and CA6 machines. The reason for all the server moves that will be occuring is two fold. First, we have decided to cancel our service with a few of our datacenters because they have been unable to maintain the high standards that we have set. Second we have decided to upgrade a lot of our hardware. Please keep an eye on your emails from us which will keep you updated on what servers are being moved and when.

Teamspeak has released a new version of the teamspeak server (beta 23). We are in the process of upgrading all servers and this should be completed shortly. In order to use the new server, you must upgrade to client version beta 21. If you can not connect to your server, please ensure that you perform this update.

18 January 2010
On January 28th 2010, between 7:30AM and 8:00AM Eastern Standard time, XO Communications engineers have notified ColoCrossing that due to their new power infrastructure upgrades, we will need to move power distribution circuits for all equipment. As a result of this, all equipment will need to be powered down prior to this time so that we can move the PDU units. We do expect downtime to be minimal while this process completes, no longer then 15 minutes per device.
11 January 2010
We will be performing server maintenance on Friday January 15th from 12:00 PM until 6:00 PM. During this time you may experience your server being offline. We will be addressing the lag issues that customers have been reporting out of our LA, VA, and IL datacenters as well as implementing Teamspeak 3 into our systems.
13 November 2009
We are pleased to announce that we just got word from Triton and Associates which is the company that markets Teamspeak that we will be getting Teamspeak 3 distributed to us around December 1st for testing and configuration. This means that the release is drawing close, in fact they have scheduled an open beta to begin on December 18th which we highly encourage everyone to participate in. Teamspeak 3 looks very promising and we are very excited to be one of the first ATHP's to host it. For more information on Teamspeak 3.
Currently we do not know if there will be a direct upgrade for current Teamspeak 2 customers. Once we get the software for testing we will verify how the upgrade process will work and determine if we can continue to offer Teamspeak 2 for customers that do not wish to upgrade. After reviewing the planned pricing for Teamspeak 3 our prices will most likely not change between the two products. We are planning on offering pre-registration in the near future meaning that once we are authorized to begin selling the product, you can be one of the first customers to own a new server. For more information, please check out: http://www.teamspeak.com/?page=teamspeak3

We have identified a potential problem with our hardware and are performing upgrades on all machines. The potential problem is that our hard drives are configured in such a way that they could provide a bottleneck in the flow of data. While performing the upgrades we will be moving customers to new servers so as to minimize any downtime you may experience. Currently we anticipate each customer seeing about a 30 second downtime while we transfer your server. We are also taking this opportunity to upgrade our existing hardware to new improved components and technologies, the most notable of which is our fix to the hard drive problem. We expect the upgrade process to take a few weeks and will email all customers during each phase of this evolution.

We have lowered our prices yet again. We understand that the economy is taking its toll on everyone and want to do our part to help. We have re-analyzed our pricing structure and made some adjustments. Changes not only include lower prices per slot but also discounts for paying quarterly (5%), Semi-annually (10%), and Annually (15%). Please note, for current customers, the new pricing plan will not take affect until you modify your service by either upgrading or downgrading.
19 June 2009
Please be advised that on Saturday, July 4th between 12:01am and 12:16am EDT we will be conducting maintenance on some of our production aggregate switches in Virginia. This will cause an interruption of network service for your server(s) for no more than fifteen minutes.

We have had many customers requesting that we place a login on the front page for TCAdmin. We have put two logins at the top of the page, one for your billing system and one for TCAdmin. We are working on integrating TCAdmin fully into our billing system so you will not need two seperate logins but that will take awhile so for now this is the fix!

We have changed our billing system. During the change over process you may get some emails stating that your account is past due. If you know you have made a payment, please ignore these emails. We are working as fast as we can to complete the transfer of everyones account. The major reason for this was the older system was outdated and Modernbill no longer provides support for the software.
